There are several ways to get started with training at Burning Heart. First, you can begin with a Movement Assessment to evaluate your movement patterns and identify where you would benefit from strength training . If you’re interested, we also offer Pilates on the equipment to improve mobility and support your overall training. For those with specific goals, in-studio training is available, using barbells, free weights, benches, and more. Lastly, Ellen offers training at your home, in the studio, or at Planet Fitness. (Client must have an active membership at PF)
Not sure what you need? Sign up for Ellen’s Get Strong Stay Strong program. 5 sessions to go over your needs rolled into Remote Programming where you follow a program at your own gym or facility while still being connected to Ellen as your trainer. Programming is set to change every 4-5 weeks and can be done one time for 4 weeks or ongoing.
Not sure if you are ready to tackle the gym on your own? Ellen offers gym equipment orientation privately and in small groups to help familiarize you with the cables, machines and weights. The cost would be that of a private session or semi-private group session.
Ready for a totally new you? Ellen offers a monthly immersion training package. This is a monthly program beginning with a minimum of three months. After the 1st three months it can be extended month to month ongoing for as long as needed. The program includes:
