Food is energy, energy is life, if we don’t put good energy in, we can’t get good usable energy out. A simple conversation to get you moving, thinking and eating in the right direction could be all you need.

Just like in personal training, it is a blessing to have someone else there who is dedicated to you and to be there to encourage and support you through the work. Health coaching is like having a personal trainer for your life. What are your dreams? What do you aspire to be? What do you want to do in this lifetime? Sometimes just knowing that we have the support we need- to be bold, to make conscious choices, can help to set us on our right path, knowing that someone is committed to our success. Sessions take shape in a 6-month program, we meet in person or by phone 2 times per month. 

It’s amazing for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. My range of both personal and professional experience will provide you with a solid base of support as you move forward into the best you. No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. Bottom line- it needs to work for YOU.

Cooking Lessons– Specializing in vegan, vegetarian, RAW and whole foods. Personal chef services and one on one cooked and raw classes aimed at your personal dietary goals in the privacy of your own home. This is a wonderful, hands on way of becoming familiar with simple, healthful foods that are easy to prepare and delicious to sit down to. We can ZOOM!*food

Personalizing Your Kitchen- Having a well stocked kitchen simplifies cooking at home, especially for the busy 9/5 -er. With the right ingredients in your cupboard, and the right appliances on your counter, throwing together a last minute meal is not only easy to put together but practical, saving you both in time and money. Set yourself up for success! Sessions can be spent readying your kitchen, adding essential cutlery and equipment, or taking shopping tours in your local food and farmer’s markets or kitchen store.

Cooking Parties- Enjoy your cooking lesson experience with a group of your besties! Choose a menu from 1 to 3 courses of your choosing (soups, salads, main course, desserts, etc). You will partake in the preparation of the meal, learning as we go,  enjoying and sharing the meal together. Recipes for each dish prepared will be included for participants to take home. Enjoy cooking, gathering, and sharing in healthful, and mindfully prepared vegan cuisine, all  while enjoying the company of your closest friends. We can ZOOM!
