Create Your Own Yoga Class– You can schedule your own group of people and yoga when and as often as you wish, schedule permitting. These sessions could be weekly or as a one time, independent session. These classes are prescriptive in nature, catered to your needs and the needs of the group. Heated or Unheated Yoga IN STUDIO. Pilates on the Apparatus – There are over 500 exercises that have been developed for the primary pieces of
spring resistance-based Pilates apparatus – the Reformer, the Cadillac/Wall Unit, and the Chair. Each piece of equipment is complimentary to the other, and has both its own distinct function and unique series of exercises.
These exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage, or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs. These pieces of equipment challenge not only the first-time beginner but the most advanced practitioners as well. Each Pilates session may utilize several pieces of the primary equipment, and is guaranteed to keep you and your muscles progressively challenged, inspired and engaged. Personal Training– Whether your goals are to lose weight or to get into shape, Ellen is trained in several modalities of health and movement. She can help you determine what your
true goals are get closer to them- with smart, functional fitness and health coaching and training. Whatever your needs might be, she can help to get you there.
