Yoga PodsOngoing small private sessions are catered to your needs in a Covid conscious capacity in both Greenfield and Brattleboro. These are regularly scheduled and held weekly; Monday’s 6:15PM, Wednesdays 12Noon, Thursday’s 6:15PM, Friday’s 5:30PM, Saturday’s 10:15AM, Sunday’s 10:15AM. These Pods are scheduled weekly and are first come first served. You must have been approved to attend, there are no Drop-ins. Heated and Unheated Yoga IN STUDIO. Create Your Own Yoga Pod You can create your own Pod and Yoga with your own group of people and schedule it where and when and as often as you wish, schedule permitting. These sessions could be weekly or as a one time, independent session. These Pods are prescriptive in nature, catered to your needs and the needs of the group. Available both in Greenfield and Brattleboro. Heated or Unheated Yoga IN STUDIO. These are prescheduled semi privates- a minimum of three people, maximum of 5. Spin PodsOngoing small private indoor cycling sessions in  Greenfield only. These are regularly scheduled and typically held; Monday’s 5:15PM, Wednesday’s 5:15PM, Saturday’s 9AM. You must have been approved to attend, there are no Drop-ins. Heated and Unheated Yoga IN STUDIO. If you have interest in joining, email us.

Pilates on the Apparatus – There are over 500 exercises that have been developed for the primary pieces of
spring resistance-based Pilates apparatus – the Reformer, the Cadillac/Wall Unit, and the Chair. Each piece of equipment is complimentary to the other, and has both its own distinct function and unique series of exercises.

These exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage, or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs. These pieces of equipment challenge not only the first-time beginner but the most advanced practitioners as well.  Each Pilates session may utilize several pieces of the primary equipment, and is guaranteed to keep you and your muscles progressively challenged, inspired and engaged.
