Pilates on the Apparatus – There are over 500 exercises that have been developed for the primary pieces of spring resistance-based Pilates apparatus – the Reformer, the Cadillac/Wall Unit, and the Chair. Each piece of equipment is complimentary to the other, and has both its own distinct function and unique series of exercises.
These exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage, or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs. These pieces of equipment challenge not only the first-time beginner but the most advanced practitioners as well. Each Pilates session may utilize several pieces of the primary equipment, and is guaranteed to keep you and your muscles progressively challenged, inspired and engaged.

I can work in your home, your office, your gym, in the parks, anywhere where there is adequate space to move or lay down your mat. Not only will you see no limit to your full potential, you might just exceed your highest expectations. I am able to train you in the privacy of your own home or you can come to me. I am fully equipped to train you privately in Pilates (mat, reformer, and chair), YOGA, TRX and Functional Fitness, depending upon your needs and desires. Referrals only.
