Kristin Mose-Libon– It was during my first Baptiste Power Yoga class, where I spent half the time in child’s pose, that I knew I found exactly what I was looking for…and exactly what I needed. The full-body workout, with it’s meditative quality through body awareness, breath and focus, provided me with the physical, spiritual and emotional growth that continues to transform my life. In 2016, I completed a Baptiste-inspired 200-hour teacher certification. I was hooked! When teaching, I love being a part of the conduit that connects the community of practitioners together. In addition to adult studio classes, I teach privately and at special events. I also have the pleasure of teaching yoga and mindfulness to children at studios, schools and libraries. I am honored to be a part of Burning Heart Studios tribe! Certifications: Certified RYT 200 (Shiva Shakti, Northampton, MA), Certified RCYT (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher), Tier 1: 300-hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Leader, CPR/First Aid, MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) course work
Erika Houle – stepped into her first yoga class almost 6 years ago. She was in a pretty rough spot in life and felt very lost and in need of some inspiration. At the urging of a friend, she went to a beginner hot power vinyasa class and was immediately hooked.  Although she could barely walk home after, she kept taking class, leading her on a path to becoming a teacher. After her first Baptiste training she knew this style of yoga was going to be a big part of her life.  The skills and tools that she acquired not only helped her to become a teacher, but changed her everyday life as well. She feels grateful for the wonderful yoga communities she is part of. Certifications include: 200hr training with Shiva Shakti, Brandon Compagnone & Naima Workman. Level one & Level two, Baptiste trainings and immersions, CPR
Christina Wolff– Christina started spinning when she was looking for a fun way to cross train while training for her first half marathon.  She ended up loving it! She loved it even more than she loved running. She has been a spin instructor for 3 years. She loves how exercise can be a such an amazing stress reliever and break up the crazy day. She goes to the University of Massachusetts and studies nursing.  She was thrilled to find a place like Burning Heart!  It is her home away from home with an amazing community. Certifications: (BLS)/ CPR, Madddog Spinning, Burning Heart Indoor cycling.

Sarah first developed a regular yoga practice when she was working towards her PhD in Ann Arbor, MI. To her, yoga is breath, movement, challenge, and community. When she first started practicing yoga, it was about the movements and the physical changes she saw in her body. Now, it is more about the chance to focus on breath, to find new space in poses, and to challenge the places where failure can be reframed as a new challenges. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Corepower Yoga in Philadelphia. Having the opportunity to share my love of yoga with my students is one of my greatest joys and I couldn’t be more excited about joining this community at Burning Heart! Certifications: 200-hour Teacher Training at Corepower Yoga, CPR

Laurel Hootstein– I experienced Baptiste Hot Yoga for the first time in 2013. I basically blacked out that first class but I had this drive to keep returning, a feeling I had never had after prior yoga practices. It felt like a perfect practice to add a little more balance in my life. I was pushing my body and mind in this way I hadn’t pushed since soccer in high school but experimenting with a self directed compassion. I fell in love with the way Baptiste Yoga cultivated self awareness, empowerment and love.  I look forward to learning how to share this practice through the Burning Heart Teacher Training. Certifications: CPR, Burning Heart 200hr training (in process)
