Hot Power Yoga
A powerful and inspired Vinyasa based class yoga combining the discipline of holding postures, the fluidity and strengthening benefits of sun salutations and the added grace of deep opening postures. Class is indicated if done in the heat. All levels welcome. Please bring a Mat, a towel and water (we also have mats & towels available to rent). 75 minutes. *book a class

Spinning
Truly inspired indoor cycling. Class is taught to music. Experienced riders and beginners alike- all are welcome. Sign up in advance is highly recommended. Bikes are on a first come first served basis. SPD/LOOK/Sneakers are available. There are SPD shoes for rent. Students must bring a small towel to place over the handle bars of the bike (we also have towels available to rent). Advanced sign ups are recommended. 45 minutes.

American Barre Technique®
The class is composed of low impact exercises, which focus on targeting deep muscles that are difficult to work. American Barre Technique® is a total body workout that incorporates movements from ballet and yoga for a 55 minute full body workout. Please bring a Mat (we also have mats available to rent). 55 minutes.

PowerSpin 
This is a high intensity ride that will demand all from your endurance and strength training. This is a total body workout, music is loud and gritty! Be prepared to laugh, cry, sweat and work your ass off head to toe. All are welcome, geared towards the seasoned rider. Students must bring a small towel to place over the handle bars of the bike (we also have towels available to rent). 45 minutes.
