Ellen has always strived at being the best she can be- in her body, in the world, on the planet; she is ever conscious of her surroundings, be it in Western Mass, NYC, or the world at large. From an early age she was intensley drawn to beauty with a love and compassion for animals and all living things. She has been a dedicated vegan/vegetarian for over 20 years. She is a passionate teacher and learner. Her love for life and all of its challenges has grown into an unwaivering desire and mission to share what she has learned with others and to be of service. Her ongoing quest to learn everything she can about the human body and it’s all of it’s miraculous conditions has led her on a path of Self-Awareness, Self -Inquiry, and Self- Discovery; how to live powerfully and consciously, how to cook and eat mindfully, how to co-exist with others in a fast, crazy, beautiful, world. Through a daily practice of Yoga, Meditation, movement and mindful eating, she has carved out a road of achievement and accomplishments. She has channeled her love for this holistic lifestyle into her studio and draws others to join her in creating more LOVE on the planet.
She is the author of a vegan, wheat-free dessert cookbook titled Simple Treats and is currently working on her next publication and is author of the blog The Vegan LOVE Project.
